Celebrate this coming Mother's Day to a special dinner at Aqua. We have a very special 3 course menu offering a selection of starters, mains and desserts.

All three courses are priced at just £35 per person.

Tables are available from 12 noon until 9:30pm.

Cornish Crab and Smoked Salmon with salted cucumber and herb crostini
Smoked Duck Breast & Pear Salad with feta, poached pear, mixed leaves & balsamic dressing
Chicken Goujons with a chilli and garlic mayo dip

MAIN COURSE
Prime Roast Rib of Beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables & red wine jus
Kleftiko Slow braised lamb shoulder with roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, carrots and rosemary red wine jus
Pancetta Wrapped Chicken Supreme with wild mushroom and spinach, pesto mash & mushroom cream sauce
Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass with butter spinach, saffron new potatoes, steamed mussels in a white wine cream sauce
Pork Belly Confit served with tender stem broccoli, baby onions, pancetta, roasted new potatoes & port jus
Tortellini Ricotta Spinach in a pesto cream sauce
